Mineral Rich Herbal Tea Infusion Recipe

Herbal infusions are an easy and effective way to pack in the nutrients.  We prepare our herbal infusions before going to bed and then let the herbs steep overnight.  This allows time to extract more minerals from the herbs.

To make the infusion:  Place 2-4 Tablespoons of the herbal tea blend in a glass mason jar.  Pour two cups of boiling water over the herbs and screw on a tight lid.  Let sit overnight (or for a minimum of 4-6 hours) then strain and reheat the following day.  Enjoy!
