Simple Fruit & Veggie Juice Recipe
Keeping up with juicing is sometimes more of a time commitment than we can handle. During the winter months I like to keep the juices simple, since we like to try to eat fruits and vegetables that are in season.
This is my go-to juice recipe and the kids actually beg me to make it for them. It also includes ingredients that you probably already have on hand.
1 pound of carrots
2-4 stalks of celery (depending on size and taste preference)
1/2 lemon (peeled)
We use all organic produce for this juice and the recipe can easily be doubled or tripled as needed.
