Stinging Nettle For Allergies

Isn’t it amazing that stinging nettle returns just in time to help with Spring allergies?  When the sneezing starts in our house, I always reach for the nettle.

I use a tincture for the boys and a tea for myself. When used consistently, we notice our symptoms quickly disappear.  Nettle grows all over the place and you may even have some in your own backyard. Make sure to use gloves when harvesting, as it is true to its name and will give you a stinging sensation when touched. My oldest however, likes the stinging feeling and I often find him grabbing it without gloves on.
